UNIVERSAL LASER SYSTEMS EXPANDS APPLICATIONS LAB

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – (July 21, 2003) Universal Laser Systems, Inc. (ULS) announced the expansion of their applications lab at the Scottsdale, Arizona facility. The lab expansion will allow the technicians to operate up to six laser systems at the same time, testing customer samples and applications.

For over 15 years, ULS has offered free testing of application samples to existing customers as well as prospective customers. Since there is tremendous demand for this free service, the expansion gives the lab technicians the ability to run multiple applications simultaneously and therefore provide faster, more efficient customer service.

Universal’s facility also houses a separate demonstration lab in an adjoining area that is used for training new and existing distributors, customer prospects, and clients on the use of laser engraving systems. Demonstrations and training are essential to the entire laser system acquisition process and are scheduled throughout the month.
