Membrane Switch Spacers consist of a polyester film that is double coated with a high-performance acrylic adhesive and protected with a paper liner on each side. All three material types can be readily laser cut using a 9.3 or 10.6 micron CO₂ laser. Laser cutting Membrane Switch Spacers provides intricate features with complex geometries that can’t be achieved using mechanical tools with traditional cutting blades.
